Aaron Kovan has a remarkable background in agency production spanning 15 years. He is an accomplished Executive Producer, with an impressive list of achievements. His career began at GSD&M in Austin, TX, where he worked on BMW and Southwest Airlines. He then moved to Crispin Porter + Bogusky, producing award-winning work for Burger King, Hotels.com, and Microsoft. Aaron then became EVP, Head of Production at McCann World Group in 2014. He built and managed a department of 20 producers and creators, leading the in-house production company Craft Studios.

Currently, Aaron is the Chief Production Officer at VaynerMedia. He runs all production efforts, manages an integrated production team, hires and develops talent, manages workflows and is the Creative Director of VaynerProductions. Aaron is an innovation-driven, creative problem solver who values quality and craft, believing that an idea is only as good as its execution. He produces innovative, engaging content and campaigns across traditional digital and social media platforms while understanding the bigger picture of how brand-centric content relates to the overall brand message.
