Hemant Mohapatra, a versatile and accomplished business leader, has spent years making significant contributions in various disciplines, including engineering, technology, entrepreneurship, and management. Hemant is currently working as a Partner at Lightspeed India Partners Advisors, where he is known for his expertise in SaaS, enterprise infrastructure, crypto, and space/satellite.

Hemant began his career as an engineer and product manager at AMD, where he honed his skills in product development and engineering. After working at AMD for several years, Hemant switched gears and joined Google as a product partnerships and strategic business development expert. During his tenure at Google, Hemant played a crucial role in nurturing Google's strategic partnerships and expanding its reach in various industries.

Hemant's success at Google caught the attention of Andreessen Horowitz, where he was offered a partner's role. As a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Hemant invested and advised many promising startups and emerging businesses, including Rephrase.ai, NextBillion.ai, and Pixxel, among others.
