OVADE OGHAREFE FLOW STATION UPGRADE PROJECT■ Acted as the support Engineer to Project Manager. E&I /Assistant Project Engineer

FLARE RELOCATION, OVADE OGHAREFE FLOW STATION / GAS PLANT PROJECT■	Supervised a team of 8 members from the installation to the commissioning of the smokeless flare system.■	Planned and coordinated the installation of flare ignition junction boxes, thermocouple cables and sizing and installation all power cables. ■	Interfaced with the mechanical department to ensure all the piping for the fuel gas was correctly installed.■	Ensured all the necessary cables were connected and terminated correctly as per design.■	Performed the commission with equipment vendor representative.

E&I Engineer

Construction of  2Nos 20,000bbl OIL STORAGE TANK PROJECT (OREDO FLOW STATION, NPDC)■	Installed 2 level switch (LSH & LSL) and a magnetic level gauge with transmitters attached to both oil storage tanks.■	Installed 4Nos of UV/ IR detectors (flame detectors) around the crude oil storage tanks.■	Installed an instrument junction box (IJB) outside the bund wall and routed all instrument cables from field devices to terminate inside.■	Multicore instrument cables were pulled, laid and terminated between IJB and NPDC control room.■	4Nos perimeter lighting posts, wired and terminated at the designated power junction box.■	A lightning arrestor was installed on one of the perimeter lighting poles and connected to the earth ground grid.■    I interfaced with the mechanical department to fabricate all necessary supports for field devices.■	I reviewed all necessary documentation and passed them on to the client via the DCC.

OVADE OGHAREFE GAS PLANT PROJECT – PHASE II ■	Planned, organized, implemented, and coordinated the all Electrical and Instrumentation aspect of the $160 million project.■	Managed staffing and direct supervision of all technical and support personnel. Led a team of 15 between the main & field offices.■	Managed & interfaced with various disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical etc.) involved in the project life-cycle.  ■	Maintained overall project schedule, fast-tracked project tasks to meet client target completion date. ■	Defined and developed engineering/ construction work scopes, justification basis, and engineering surveillance plan. ■	Sourced and selected subcontractors, developed technical contract documents, effectively minimized change orders and project slippage.■	Reviewed project documents, inspected construction progress and issued status report to the Project Manager.■	Oversaw project team building/progress meetings and ensured all team leads were aware of respective deliverables and were executed accordingly.■	Prepared weekly progress reports on key weekly deliverables to management and client, to measure performance against project timelines, scope, and budget.■	Supervised electrical fabrication, ensuring fabrication was done according to design specifications.■	Met with client supervisors daily on site.

Maintained various Level switches, gauges, back pressure controller, pumps and all process equipment etc. ■	Commissioned and decommissioned pumps. Changed seal rings and shaft in pumps. ■	Planned and executed maintenance schedule which involved taking daily pressure readings on all vessels. Issued out work orders for maintenance activities.■	Maintained preventative maintenance logs on all vessels, equipment and systems.■	Developed a parts replacement file system containing all components of all equipment that were in use with all necessary data for critical parts and an instant record of sources for effective ordering. ■	Analyzed well performance from daily computation of readings from test separator.

Facilities Engineer

COMPUTERIZING THE PORT- HARCOURT STATE LIBRARY■	Designed and set up an e-book library server, installed and networked (wired and wireless) all newly acquired and existing computer systems to the e-book server; set up print servers.■	Redesigned the electrical wiring for parts of the library building to cater for the extra number of computers added, and supervised the electrical technicians in the wiring, and the installations of the necessary protective circuitry.■	Trained and created training manuals for super users and users of the library on the newly installed computer facilities.■	Ensured Project timelines were met within the planned project cost and quality.
