Yanet Ibarra is a talented and experienced product designer with a passion for sustainability, digital strategy, and community outreach. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the prestigious University of Southern California and has since worked on various desktop and mobile projects, such as a small business social and eCommerce app, TikTok redesign, city government environmental websites, and website redesigns. Yanet is an expert communicator and collaborative leader, always striving to build products that prioritize digital wellbeing and tech for social good. She has also worked as a Technical Assistant for the City of Carlsbad, a Bilingual Library Technician for the City of Carlsbad, and a UX Designer for Design Buddies. Currently, she is serving as a Product Design Apprentice at Asana. Yanet loves having chats with her community over champurrado or cafecito, caring for her plants, and enjoying new travel adventures.
