Kobe Nagar, an experienced lead engineer, has over 20 years of experience in the chemical and renewable energy industries. He has successfully scaled technologies from concept to commercialization and has worked in North America, Europe, Africa, and New Zealand.

Kobe has extensive technical knowledge and experience in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and scientists in project engineering and development, as well as in chemicals research. He excels at Stage & Gate Review Processes for new product development.

Kobe has experience in problem identification and root cause analysis using HazOp, FMEA, 5Whys, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). He also has hands-on plant experience as the lead engineer of multiple pilot and demonstration plants.

Kobe studied BS, Chemical Engineering at Universitat Ben Gurion Ba-Negev and M.S, Materials Engineering at Tel Aviv University. He is the CEO and Co-Founder at 374Water and has held positions such as Process Engineer at Duke University, Engineering Director at Chemetry, and Engineering Manager at Calera Corporation.

Kobe is a resourceful and analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex projects into clear and discrete action items. His expertise in Fluid Dynamics and Mass Transfer models, knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME, NFPA, ASHRAE, and OSHA), and ability to identify and implement manufacturing and energy efficiency improvements make him a valued member of any team.
