Jim studied Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Executive Coaching Certification at Teachers College, Columbia University, Bachelor of Science (BS), Human Resources and Counseling at the University of Vermont. Before becoming a principal at Janus Coaching, Jim was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Affinion Group, Head of Human Resources at Standard & Poor's, Senior Vice President at News America Marketing, and Director Human Resources at Kraft General Foods.
