Ayyappa Swamy has nine years of professional experience in Consulting and Entrepreneurship. In his role as a management consultant, he provided people advisory and business advisory services to clients in various sectors across India, Bangladesh, UAE, and Kuwait. Ayyappa successfully founded and managed a media firm targeting the youth demographic and has entrepreneurial experience in media solutions, web solutions, and security solutions. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from IIT Madras, with certification in People Analytics. Ayyappa's key functional skills include Organization Design, Change Management, Culture Transformation, HR Process Design, and Business Planning. Currently, he is interested in People Analytics and STEM Robotics for K-12.
