James Cooke is a seasoned UX consultant, team leader, and agile enthusiast, with extensive experience working with online businesses and applications in various industries. He is the founder of Hello Human and has worked with high-profile clients such as Vivant, Atlassian, AMP, and Vodafone Australia. James has expertise in team management, workshop facilitation, rapid prototyping, user testing and analytics, and Agile/Lean methodologies, including Kanban, GitHub, Sketch, and Figma. He is also skilled in UX development, best practice, and responsive/adaptive design and development.

Before founding Hello Human, James studied Computer Network Management and Design at the University of Portsmouth and worked with various organizations in different capacities, including Director, Lead UX, Product Owner, Design Team Lead, Senior Service Designer, Front End Tech Lead, Front End Developer, and Website Engineer. James is an Australian citizen and fears snakes, spiders, sharks, and uncomfortable silences.
