Michelle Gloeckler, an experienced executive, has an impressive professional background in retail and consumer goods. With 21 years of service at The Hershey Company and her tenure at Walmart, she delivered consistent results, building high-performance teams, being customer-focused, and driving digital transformation. Michelle currently serves on the boards of BJ's Wholesale Club, The Duckhorn Portfolio, and Holley Performance, where she chairs several committees, advising and leading these companies. She has also served on non-profit boards such as Network of Executive Women and the University of Michigan Dean's Advisory Board. Her expertise spans across various business domains, including grocery, beauty, pet, baby, home, paper, and pharmacy. At Walmart, she has led scale businesses, anchored the US Manufacturing Initiative, and the Better Buying team, and reported to the US CEO. She currently advises VC companies in health and wellness and food technology spaces. Michelle was named 38 on Fortune Most Powerful Women list.
