Spencer Nugent is a versatile creator and educator with a strong passion for the creative process. He holds a BFA in Industrial Design from Brigham Young University and has accumulated a wealth of experience across various roles in well-known organizations.

As the owner of Sketch-A-Day, Spencer Nugent engages in collaborative projects with individuals and clients who share his enthusiasm for their craft or innovative ideas. He has previously served in key positions at Offsite, 5050 Creative Lab, and Vivint Smart Home, where he made significant contributions to UX design, industrial design, and creative direction.

Throughout his career, Spencer Nugent has honed his skills and expertise, having worked as a strategic UX design lead, a design director, and an industrial designer. His diverse background also includes roles as an adjunct professor, a principal, and a designer at various reputable firms such as Space Monkey, Inc., Studio Tminus, and Astro Studios.

With a deep commitment to education, Spencer Nugent has also shared his knowledge and insights as an instructor at Offsite, an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University, and a student creative artist at the BYU Center for Instructional Design. His journey in the design industry includes valuable internships at General Motors and Astro Studios.
