Benito DIZ
Benito Diz is a highly experienced IT professional with over 30 years of experience in various sectors, including public sector, finance, energy, environment, entertainment, housing, and consulting. He has always worked in large companies, leading major projects in digital innovation, transformation, and automation.
Diz started his career as a Project Manager at BLUE SA, a subsidiary of SMT Goupil, and later worked as a Microcomputers Manager at NatWest and BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions. He also served as Networks and Microcomputers Manager at EMI Music before joining GDF Suez as Head of Infrastructure Architecture. Diz was the Chief Technology Officer at Département des Hauts-de-Seine and then moved to Veolia, where he held positions as Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Veolia Water Information Systems.
For three years, Diz managed an in-house IT services company from Veolia Eau France and transformed it to align it with business needs, generating an 80 million euros turnover. Later, he joined a consulting firm to help CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies transform themselves using new technologies.
Currently, Diz is the Chief Information Officer at Action Logement and defines and drives an IT strategy for the company, bringing innovation and new technologies across large-scale digital platforms to optimize business processes. He has a good understanding of the company's issues and the skills to specify and implement a global vision, and to define the IS orientation.
Benito Diz has a degree from the Conservatoire National Des Arts Et Métiers and often speaks at conferences on digital sectors and their ecosystems. He advocates for digitalizing business processes wisely and has become an expert in digital sectors. Diz fosters a customer-oriented culture and a result-centric culture, values communication and delegation skills, and maintains adaptability and prioritization.
