Yuval Uziel is an accomplished R&D, Program, and Project Executive Manager, with over 15 years of experience in the Wired and Wireless Cellular Communication, Defense and Multidisciplinary industries. He specializes in managing large multidisciplinary groups, including System, HW, SW, and RF Teams, and his technical and managerial skills enable him to liaise between business and technical areas, meet product/project deliverables, and merge customer and user needs with business requirements, budgetary restrictions, and technical and logistical considerations.

Yuval's experience includes Inbound and Outbound PLC and PLM, leading and motivating individuals while forming a cohesive team environment, customer-facing and supporting, and managing various teams across remote geographies, subcontractors, and ODMs. Additionally, he is skilled in managing multiple ongoing projects, while allocating goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets to meet program road-maps, and has experience in Hardware, Software, RF, Wireless Communication, EW, Radars, and Drones.

Yuval holds a degree in Electronics from ORT MILTON and a B.Sc in Engineering - Communication from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
