Mr. Pace has extensive expertise and skills in a variety of areas such as governance and architecture, regulatory compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, policy creation, risk management, application security, network security, and physical security. He is also highly skilled in leading IT security teams and building entire IT security departments from scratch. He is a former Captain at the Army National Guard, and is skilled in developing and managing cohesive, top-performing teams.
