Neil Barman is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with nearly two decades of experience. He has a deep understanding of building revenue generation functions in start-ups and scaling organizations across various regions and industries. Neil is Chief Growth Officer at Yellow Messenger, a prominent provider of conversational AI solutions. He is also a founding member of Sales Enablement Society in India and Malaysia and an Ambassador for Future of Sales - APAC community, in addition to advising multiple start-ups in India, Malaysia, and US.
Neil's education includes a degree in Business Management from Bangalore University. Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership roles in various organizations such as IronHorse Asia, Yellow Messenger, MintM Inc, and Manthan. Before joining Yellow Messenger, Neil was EVP of Saas practice at MintM Inc, and earlier, VP of Sales & Alliances at Simplify360. He started his career as a Business Analyst at AT&T Global Services and has come a long way since, mentoring start-ups and serving as a Board member of various organizations, including the Sales Enablement Society.
Neil's expertise lies in SaaS and direct-to-customer sales and marketing processes, with a focus on revenue generation functions for start-ups and scaling organizations. Along with his leadership role, he also mentors BITS Pilani's entrepreneurship cell and is a Growth Consultant at Simplify360. With his vast experience in multiple regions and industries, he has become a sought-after advisory board member for start-ups in India, Malaysia, and the US.
