Shannon Malkin Daniels is a successful entrepreneur, public speaking coach, and author who leverages her marketing and sales experience to help small businesses and start-ups grow. She holds a Master of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida and has studied health coaching and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Shannon is the founder and CEO of encaptiv, a presentation, sales, and marketing platform that turns audience members into active participants and converts them to customers before they leave the room. She also teaches communication and public speaking courses at the college level and delivers motivational speeches. Shannon has previously worked as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Norwalk Hospital and as the VP of Sales at Access Medicare. She has also held positions at MetroPlus Health Plan and Universal American. In addition, Shannon has been involved with several organizations, including The Stamford Partnership and Stamford Innovation Week.
