GUURU is a Customer Interaction Solution that combines AI with the human experience of product users. Companies use it for First Contact Resolution in their digital channels. No Call Center is needed. If no automated answer is possible, the solution leverages proficient and dedicated product users who provide assistance in real-time.

We think that authentic human advice is key when you choose a product or think about renewing or switching. That's why our growing pool of product users, we call them the Guurus, is an asset and here to stay.

At the same time, the market moves towards automation, and a Bot answers simple queries. This is no different with our solution. The difference is that our Smartbot is trained by a constant feedback loop with the Guurus, which makes it learn faster.

We see our clients improving their NPS, Conversion Rates, and slash Cost per Contact. Also, our clients can start small with automation and grow the share of the Smartbot over time without compromising customer experience. AI in Customer Service requires some effort, it's not plug & play.

My role is to grow the company's revenue by building a world-class revenue organization poised to scale.
I see myself as an enabler, providing the team with the best possible environment that allows them to be successful and to grow. This includes best-in-class tools, a proven sales methodology, process and automation that facilitate closing deals.

We started GUURU in Switzerland and launched in 2017. Today we have a distributed team across London, Zurich, Lisbon, Vienna and Dusseldorf with fantastic devs, sales reps, marketing experts and customer success people.

-  Built, developed and led business-focused digital payment platform, implementing sales and business development strategies that grew company to 15 employees, becoming the No. 1 Bitcoin payment processor in Europe in terms of transaction volume, serving more than 2,000 merchants. We sold the business to Coinify in 2015.

-  Oversaw all aspects of sales and operations, working closely with shareholders to establish corporate holding in Netherlands and subsidiaries in Romania and Silicon Valley.

-  Key focus on sales, business development and creation of network partners, whilst overseeing complex legal, regulatory and financial issues as part of company formation.

-  Led the SMB subsidiary, which was the company’s third largest vertical with a team of 100+ people located in the US, Russia, Germany, UK and China. Managed highly scalable and self-service e-commerce solutions targeting SMB companies selling physical and digital goods across the globe.

-  Made investments in China and Russia and opened offices in Beijing and Moscow, accelerating sales and providing better customer experience.

-  Discontinued or ceased sales of unprofitable products and and led the transformation of the company’s seven SMB brands to improve competitiveness and profitability.

-  Restructured the business and changed policies for the division to protect the brand and focus on growth rather than risk management.

-  Sold CCNow to Snorrason Holdings as part of an effort to consolidate the platforms and to focus on our core markets.

Element5 was a provider for eCommerce infrastructure. Developers of consumer applications such as used the service of Element5 to sell their products safely and efficiently on the Internet. In spring 2004, the company was acquired by Digital River. The transaction was nominated for the EVCA/ Real Deals “Venture Capital Deal of the Year 2004”.
- 
-  Led a team of four Sales Managers in Europe and Asia and managed key partnerships in Israel and France.

-  Grew APAC market and closed deals with key accounts like Cyberlink and PC Tools (acquired by Symantec in 2008), which became one of Digital River's largest customers after the acquisition of element5 in 2004.

- Led and mentored team of three Sales Managers serving EEMEA, Southern Europe, and APAC.

-  Expanded client base, especially in Eastern Europe, where element5 became the industry-leading e-commerce solution provider.

-  Grew Share-it client base to become the number one SMB solution in Russia, overtaking Regnow.
