Gina Ungaro

Gina Ungaro is an accomplished leader in the philanthropic sector, with a knack for relationship management, team building, and enhancing an organization's brand through effective communication and media relations. With a degree in Communications from Simon Fraser University, she has worked in varied capacities, including media relations and marketing coordination at Canadian Cancer Society and Powerex, internal communications at BC Hydro, and later as Director of Engagement and Chief Operating Officer at SVP Vancouver. Before joining Science World as Senior Manager, Major Gifts, she had worked as the Interim Executive Director and Manager of Communications and Engagement at SVP Vancouver.
