Christiana Molinski
Christiana Molinski is a skilled higher education professional with a diverse background in community outreach, education, student conduct, violence prevention, advocacy work, and gender equity and leadership. She has several years of experience in emergency management and has a Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies: College Student Personnel, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology: Criminology and Criminal Justice, both from the University of Rhode Island.
Christiana has held several roles at the University of Rhode Island, including Coordinator of Community Outreach and Education, Interim Coordinator of the Women's Center, Interim Coordinator of Violence Prevention and Advocacy Services, and Programming Specialist of the Women's Center. She also worked as a Graduate Assistant at the Women's Center and as a Training Specialist in Emergency Management.
As a skilled communicator and advocate for gender equity and leadership, Christiana collaborates with various community partners to raise awareness and create programs aimed at supporting and empowering students. Her experience in emergency management enables her to conduct college-wide assessments of emergency plans and procedures, as well as help in the development and implementation of training programs for staff and students.
