- Led and participated in the 9.1 Peoplesoft Financial and HR upgrades which lead to an individual Vision award because project completed at a significantly lower cost than if performed by Oracle consultants.•	Implemented Performance Management System, which helped eliminate many manual processes, which reduced audit risk.  Received team vision award.•	Provided data to the auditors for our different external and internal interfaces in an accurate and timely manner, which lead to minimal follow up requests.•	Converted subsidiaries’ HR system to PeopleSoft HCM, which allowed more synergies between the two companies. - Assumed ownership of subsidiaries’ Lawson Financials, HR, Kronos time keeping and Perceptive Content document management systems without any increase in headcount.•	Managed the PeopleSoft Financials Version 8.9 upgrade.  Successfully implemented the project on time and under budget with only a four-member team.•	Implemented the ImageNow Document Management System for Accounting and Merchandise Finance•	Implemented Hyperion Essbase and Planning, which allowed for a more streamlined budgeting process and increased ease of finance analysis.•	Led the project to create automated charge backs via a custom matching process, which eliminated hand keyed data and ensured that the vendor was accurately charged.•	Implemented Taleo Applicant Tracking system which allowed for a more efficient hiring process.•	Coordinated the automation of various manual processes to comply with SOX regulations.
