Meet Jeff Tsai, an experienced manager with 15+ years of expertise in leading cross-functional teams. He has worked with clients in various sectors such as government, healthcare, financial services, retail, academic, and nonprofit organizations. Jeff is a graduate of Munster High School and has studied Music Business / Computer Science at Taylor University. He also holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.

Jeff has had several impressive roles, the most recent being Lead, North America Field Experiential and Global Executive Briefing Program at Dell Technologies. Previously, he has also held the position of Global Lead, Executive Briefing Program and Americas Lead, Executive Briefing Program at Dell Technologies. Jeff's functional expertise lies in robotic process automation, strategic analysis, quantitative methods, and organizational behavior.

Before joining Dell Technologies, Jeff worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy, Operations, and Analytics Consultant and as a Summer Associate in the Strategy and Operations department. He has also served as the Director of Corporate Support & Special Projects at the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and as an Orchestra Management Fellow at American Symphony Orchestra League.

Additionally, Jeff has also served as the Forum Director for Executive Education at Carnegie Mellon University.
