Christa Sitzmann is an experienced business professional with a technical background. She studied Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University. With exceptional project management and organizational skills, Christa has a strong history of using storytelling to engage internal and external stakeholders, and she demonstrates a creative mind with a strong ability to understand technical details.

With a focus on non-profits, Christa has served as Recruitment and Community Relations Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Twin Cities and School Relations Representative at Youth Frontiers. She has also worked for Target, starting as a Technical Design Intern and advancing to roles including Assistant Technical Designer, Associate Technical Designer, and Technical Designer for Junior and Missy Swimwear.

Christa has a passion for fitness, having worked as a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. She brings a wealth of experience in events management and coordination, as well as a strong understanding of technical design and fashion production.
