Amy Dix is a well-educated and experienced clinical social worker, currently serving as the Clinical Manager for Care Coordination at Heartland Alliance. With an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations and an M.A. in Clinical Social Work both obtained from the University of Chicago, Amy has worked in various roles, all with a focus on aiding refugees and immigrants in the Chicagoland area. Prior to her current position, Amy held leadership roles such as Clinical Manager for International FACES and Lead Medical Case Manager for Refugee and Immigrant Community Services at Heartland Alliance. Additionally, she has served as a Mental Health Clinician, Medical Case Manager, and Case Manager with various social service agencies in the area. Her experience working with refugees and immigrants in a clinical setting make her a valuable asset to any organization looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations.
