My searches primarily called for candidates with 5-10 years of experience in their respective role; however, I have recruited from the Assistant to the Director level.  I developed a strong understanding of the needs of my individual pharma, biotech, CRO, medical device and in-vitro diagnostics customers and delivered top-notch talent within defined therapeutic and operational parameters.
