As Manager Operations I'm responsible for Production, IT, Procurement, Logistics and Technical Services.In this role I'm responsible for creating a strategy that allows CAM Bioceramics to grow significantly in the next five years. Increasing production capacity, optimizing it and significantly reducing cost are the key strategy drivers. This means also creating a digital strategy and infrastructure that supports such growth.The current priority lies in the implementation and integration of- Production Management Planning- CRM- ERP- Business Intelligence and Reporting- Plant capacity increase and optimized (automated) production- Software and Hardware infrastructure optimization- Optimizing the Project Management Organization- Change ManagementAfter mapping out the current business and production processes, the next phase is to increase core production capacity and implementing the next phase of the Digital Transformation.As Manager Operations, reducing cost across the entire company, as well as creating synergy across the departments is key to optimize production, reduce cost and facilitated significant growth.

Jatomi Fitness is the largest chain of fitness clubs’ in Eastern Europe with approximately 70 clubs in 7 eastern marketsAs IT Director/CTO was leading the digital transformation of Jatomi Fitness, by creating an IT strategy that would make us a leader in the industry on technology usage and application, but will also allow them to grow significantly in the next 3-5 years. This strategy is not only achieved through internal developments, but an important part is to work closely with vendors and members to find the best solutions and applications possible.Leveraging the Internet of Things to gather device generated data and from member exercises to create information to optimally manage and grow the business, but also to improve member experience and turnover. Part of our strategy is based on Information of Everything and actionable analytics.Member Experience: •	Improve member experience by providing them data and information regarding their progress (gathered through Business Intelligence).•	Reduce the member effort to book classes, personal trainers or any other products and/or services from Jatomi Fitness. This is primarily achieved through the member portal and the mobile app.•	Business Development: Drive revenue through four pillars:•	Data driven sales: Sales strategy (membership fees, front desk revenue and alternate revenue) based on information to precisely target sales efforts, optimize sales and reduce cost of sales.•	Implementing new revenue streams; Identifying new revenue streams that allow Jatomi Fitness to grow beyond traditional revenue models.•	Developing optimal payment solutions; By lowering the payment barrier, we can capture any payment, anywhere, anytime and by removing these obstacles, revenue has significantly increased in all areas. This includes a revolutionary payment gateway for our kiosks.•	Redesigning our corporate sales program and create new and improved partnerships in the B2B space.

Jatomi Fitness is the largest chain of fitness clubs’ in Eastern Europe with 65 clubs in countries like Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. They operate also in Malaysia and Indonesia and plan further expansion in the nearest future.As CTO I'm responsible for implementing and changing the core technology used (systems, infrastructure and processes) to allow future expansion and the introduction of new products and features and improving customer loyalty.This means providing strategic direction for all company IT to improve reliability, capability and scalability for future growth of Jatomi.

ReachLocal offers a comprehensive suite of online marketing and reporting solutions, including search engine marketing, display advertising, remarketing, social media, and online marketing analytics, each targeted to the small- and medium-sized business market.ReachLocal delivers these solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses through a combination of its proprietary technology platform and its direct, "feet-on-the-street" sales force of Internet Marketing Consultants and select third party agencies and resellers. ReachLocal is headquartered in Woodland Hills, CA, with >60 offices throughout North America, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands.As IT Director was responsible for Managing IT staff in Europe, implementing new processes and policies that will improve customer relations (both internal as external customers).Furthermore I was also responsible for providing strategic direction for European IT systems and solutions to enable the company's scalability supported by the IT architecture.In order to achieve this we had to rebuild the entire EU IT architecture from the ground up and introduced building blocks like ticketing system, software deployment and image management tools, EU VPN and Active Directory As a side-effect, this foundation allowed an optimized IT headcount.In the two years that I worked for ReachLocal the EU sales grew by a factor five and headcount by a factor four, while IT resources remained stable.

As Operational IT Manager was responsible for IT projects and management Asia and EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).The main priorities were standardizing and centralizing IT infrastructure and solutions, expanding and developing the ERP and improve overall efficiency.The secondary focus was on cost reductions, which were achieved by implementing the above, but also carefully analyzing budgets and spend and removing any non-required cost/spend and renegotiating contracts.Finally, I looked after the personal development of the teams to ensure they had the right tools and training to perform their roles.
