Winnie has held various leadership positions, including CEO and founder of Antidote Street and Creative Partner at andVerv. She currently serves as Founder and CEO of Carra, where she's focused on building the next frontier of textured hair care. Prior to this, she worked as Programme Manager at ASOS.com, Strategic Programme Manager at NET-A-PORTER, Product Management Consulting Services at LVMH Digital Atelier, and Senior consultant at Ernst & Young.
