Lawrence Gellerstedt

Lawrence Gellerstedt, commonly known as LG, is a seasoned commercial real estate expert with over 10 years of experience. Graduating from the University of North Carolina, he has worked alongside some of the industry's largest platforms, including WeWork and Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in working strategically with clients to prioritize their KPIs. In 2020, he founded Southsource, where he currently presides as president, overseeing all of the company's brokerage activities and leading its tech investment strategy. He is an Emory University Goizueta Business School graduate, where he obtained his Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance, and has previously interned at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.

As a fourth-generation Atlantan, LG is passionate about giving back to his community, having actively supported organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Southern Poverty Law Center, and the Human Rights Campaign. He resides in Kirkwood with his family and two dogs, Trout and Dove, and enjoys spending his free time golfing, coaching his son's baseball team, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
