My primary function is to provide a professional sales training system for Health & Life Insurance Sales Agents. This time tested training model has been passed from one generation to the next. This sales process is comprised of 8 steps and is designed to make the buying of Health and Life Insurance educational for the customer. The primary focus should always be caring about you customers’ needs and not your check. As an agent you should always be taking notes on what the customer wants to be covered for as well as any medical issues they may be currently dealing with. I teach that it is the customers money so focus on their needs and desired coverage. Using this technique will remove the normal stress Customers have to endure during their buying process.

I recruit licensed agents and non-licensed agents with the goal of everyone to embrace their own version of the sales process and to sell with integrity.

The introduction of Orion/Call Patterning Intelligence(TM), or OrionCPI(TM) at  CTIA's Wireless Security '98 conference.  The product is currently in trial  with a major U.S. wireless carrier.

Everyday was a Seinfeld day.  The stories are to numerous, outrageous, and my Training ground to learn the ART of Buying.  I was trained by Jim Culmone my step father how to Buy and How to Sell at or below wholesale level.  I learned to sell overflow inventory to Boutiques throughout the greater NYC area. The interaction with many nationalities and personality types was a schooling taught to me by an expert in that industry.  I developed a passion to study human nature which continues today.  The experience of interacting with cultural differences with an open mind broadened my ability to interact comfortably with humbleness and a learning spirit.   Working in the garment industry and owning a retail store exposed me to the art of buying in a fast paced industry.  The retail store is where I learn how to treat customers, customer service, I learned to help people, not sell people.  Having a retail store on 3rd avenue and 39th st was like having a Seinfeld cast that came in and out all the time.  Thank You Jim!  We focused on Silks Hand knits high end suits and dresses, angora sweaters, 1 of a kind sample pieces that never made it into production from high end designers.  The foundation of learning human nature,  I enjoyed every minute.
