Ray Martinez is a seasoned business and program manager with experience in consulting, business development, strategic and creative communications, project management, and operations. He has led local, regional, national, and international projects, overseeing complex matrix organizations, environments, and teams. Martinez has a broad experience and skills in proposal preparation, budgeting, managing all phases of the project lifecycle, quality control, and building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, communities, staff, and clients. He has extensive experience in evaluating and developing processes, organizational structure and plans, and performance improvement.

Martinez holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, a BA in Business Administration from the Universidad de las Américas, A.C, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh - Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, and a Certificate of completion in Program Management from PmCenters USA.
