Yoel Feldman is a driven entrepreneur and digital media expert with a vast professional background in various aspects of e-commerce, performance marketing, data analytics, and product development. This Tel Aviv University MBA graduate began his career in 2008 as a telesales agent for an e-commerce language course platform, where he gradually climbed the ladder of sales management and customer support roles. Eventually, Yoel ventured into co-founding Proonto in 2013, a chat service platform operating a marketplace of exceptional customer support and sales experts who serve the needs of hundreds of e-commerce niche retailers and globally recognized brands spanning across the U.S, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. Proonto has raised nearly $2M to date from leading tech angel investors and has recently partnered with Magento, Shopify, Publicis, TBWA, and other e-commerce development and marketing agencies.<br><br> With expertise in entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and start-up communities, Yoel is a regular speaker and guest in academic classes and relevant industry events. Apart from work, Yoel cherishes his role as a father, native Telavivian, music playlist curator, and enjoys pro bono work for XPRIZE.org to help in flattening the world.
