With over 20 years of marketing experience and an insatiable appetite for developing share shifting marketing strategies, executing new technology, and uncovering actionable insights, Knotts is a critical thinker leveraging her knowledge and expertise to address and uncover clients' sales goals and challenges. Her background spans various sectors, including subscription, telecom, shipping/logistics, financial, small business, CPG (health and wellness, beauty, baby), and home goods. Knotts is currently Director of Strategic Accounts at sticky.io, a fully integrated ecommerce operations and recurring billing platform that focuses on providing deep insights across the customer lifecycle without custom engineering or added plugins.
Before joining sticky.io, Knotts held various roles at Triad, including VP of Digital Marketing, Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY, VP Media Partnership Sales (H&W, Beauty, Personal Care and Baby) Walmart Media Group, Vice President of eBay Advertising, Senior Director, among others. She also worked as a Regional Account Manager at Cox Radio, VP Sales and Marketing Manager at TDK Restoration Inc., and Senior Account Manager at Cox Radio.
Knotts is passionate about travel, new adventures, live music, good food, and meeting smart people. Her education includes studying Speech Communication, Public Speaking, and Psychology at the University of South Florida.
