Amy Blankstein

Amy Blankstein is a dedicated writer and editor with a passion for sharing the stories of artists, small business owners, local farmers, and community activists. With a background in journalism, she has honed her skills in in-depth research, interviewing, storytelling, editing, as well as time and project management. Amy has recently worked at Just Food, a nonprofit supporting community leaders in advocating for healthy, local food access in New York. During her nine-year tenure, she transitioned from grant writing and public relations to strategic planning, branding, fundraising, digital marketing, and business development. Amy is now seeking opportunities to contribute to companies with strong missions and values by engaging and educating their audiences.
