Patrick Nelissen is a renowned bread geek and micro-bakery owner with extensive experience in the food industry. Patrick holds a degree in marketing from Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, as well as HEAO Preparatory instruction economics and MBA from Tilburg University and IBO Business School, respectively.

Patrick is the founder of Lekker Bakery, which he established in Portland, Oregon, in 2017. His mission is to use his vast experience to offer artisanal European baked products to customers conveniently at their doorstep.
