Bob Cornish is a USA securities and enforcement attorney with a focus on emerging areas of financial markets, including digital assets, broker-dealers, EB-5, fund formation, and compliance and governance matters. He is admitted to practice in New York, Wyoming, Tennessee, Arkansas, and DC. Aside from litigation, arbitration and enforcement, he is also a Chairperson-trained arbitrator for various international organizations, including FINRA, NFA, and the London Court of International Arbitration, and a Rule 31 Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court.
