Justin Marx is an accomplished design professional with a wealth of experience in a variety of settings, including enterprise e-commerce, corporate marketing, agency and venture-backed startup environments. With a focus on user-centered design and evidence-based problem-solving, he is an expert in areas ranging from visual and interaction design to information architecture, design strategy, copywriting, and web and print production.

As a skilled practitioner in a range of design methodologies, including group ideation, design sprints, user story writing, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and redlining, Justin has proven himself capable of partnering with research teams and translating qualitative and quantitative data into effective and engaging design.

Notably, Justin has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Amazon, Microsoft, and Getty Images, as well as leading venture-backed startups like Atlas Informatics. During his time at Amazon, Justin served as a Senior UX Designer and later as a Senior UX Design Lead in the Customer Service Technology team. Prior to this, he also held positions as the Principal UX Designer at Nordstrom and as a User Experience Designer at Getty Images and Microsoft.

In addition to his corporate experience, Justin has also worked in academia as a Lecturer at the University of Washington, sharing his expertise with the next generation of design professionals.
