Elan Carter is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and innovative leader with diverse professional experience across various industries. Throughout her career, she has held several leadership roles in the United States, most recently serving as Vice President of US Programmatic Strategy at YouAppi. Prior to this, she held multiple positions at Inneractive, a mobile programmatic advertising platform, where she served as Director of Programmatic Sales and Programmatic Demand, East Coast. Elan is also an experienced journalist and spokesperson, having worked as Deputy Spokesperson for the Kadima party and Press Officer for the IDF Spokesperson's Unit. She has a diverse skill set that includes mobile business development, marketing, content creation, production management, and more. Currently, she is the Founder of a stealth audio startup.
