Migration to a new tech stack using CMS with React, server-side rendering, and many other benefits for performance and SEO.
Creation of reusable components for use in campaigns, new website pages, and integration with search tools like Algolia.
Performance and speed improvements focused on Black Friday 2021.

Product Owner

Responsible for the organic growth strategies of the company, working hand in hand with the development teams and having end-to-end involvement with technical improvements and the launch of new features across the company's four products: e-commerce, decoration photos, decoration blog, and blog for architects and professionals.

SEO Specialist

Leader of the SEO squad responsible for the organic growth of the e-commerce, conducting technical audits, collaborating with the product teams to develop new features, sharing and monitoring best practices with content, UX, media, marketing, and front-end teams.

SEO Product Owner

Management of the SEO team consisting of 8 analysts and 3 interns, working collaboratively with the team on agency projects with clients such as Kroton, Ambev, Itaú, Honda, Carrefour, Allianz, Whirlpool, and Nescafé.
