Jessica Swanson is a seasoned entrepreneur and advocate for sustainability in the fashion industry. She is the Founder and CEO of Alare, an online retailer that provides ethical, eco-friendly, and vegan fashion for women, men, and children. After earning a Master of Science degree in Written Communications from National Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Augustana College, Swanson developed her career as an English teacher at Highland Park High School before transitioning to roles as a Writing Consultant at National-Louis University and Co-Director at Illinois Writing Project.

Swanson's drive and passion for ethical fashion led her to found Alare, where she hopes to inspire consumers to prioritize shopping for products that are environmentally and socially responsible.
