Eliud Sangabriel is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate Investments. He is currently working with Matthews Commercial Group as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. Eliud is well-educated and has a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, with affiliations to prestigious organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

He was previously the Senior Director and Co-Owner of Crescente International Investments. Prior to this, he worked as a REALTOR with Ebby Halliday Realtors and as a Real Estate Consultant with Essilor Vission Foundation.

Eliud is actively involved in his community and enjoys running, Crossfit, and adventure activities. He lives in Coppell, TX, with his wife and four children.
