Jesús Espinoza is a seasoned communicator with a diverse background in political campaigns, congressional and private sector contexts. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Williams College and studying Political Science and Spanish at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Jesús is a native and bilingual speaker of English and Spanish. Over the years, Jesús has held numerous roles such as Supply Manager, Project Supervisor, and Communications Director for U.S. Rep. Susie Lee (Nev.-03) at the U.S. House of Representatives. Jesús has also worked as a Press Secretary at Alliance for American Manufacturing and U.S. Rep. Jacky Rosen (Nev.-03) at the U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, Jesús has been a Deputy Press Secretary for the United States Senate, an Immigration Policy Intern at the Center for American Progress, and a Spanish Teaching Assistant at Williams College.

With proven skills in collaboration, Jesús has developed the ability to work with interdepartmental colleagues and outside stakeholders to identify messaging priorities that inform media and outreach plans targeting key constituencies to shape public opinion and build narratives. Jesús is also an experienced crisis manager.
