Rachel Hinman is an accomplished product design leader with a wealth of experience in building, inspiring, and growing teams of experts in product design, user research, and digital content creation. She is an evangelizer of user experience practices that foster a culture of creativity and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and has a track record of delivering engaging digital products that solve customer needs and create business value. Hinman specializes in e-commerce, apparel, real estate, and mobile technology, and has worked at companies such as Rakuten Rewards, Stitch Fix, Trulia, Kohl's Department Stores, Intel Corporation, Nokia Research Center, Adaptive Path, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and Walmart.com. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Art in Fine Art, Design, and Art History from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Human-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Design Strategy and Planning, and Design Research from the Institute of Design - Illinois Institute of Technology.
