Evgeniya Rybalchenko is a highly accomplished business professional who has made significant strides in her career through both her education and work experience. Besides, she has an MBA from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, which has helped enhance her business acumen.

Evgeniya has held several senior positions in different companies, including Senior Relationship Manager at Barclays Bank Russia, Senior Market Analyst at Omega Asset Management, and Business Project Manager at Alfa Capital. Her most recent engagement has been with MOBISHOP, where she serves as a Managing Partner. She has also demonstrated her leadership and entrepreneurial skills by starting her own business, Bakery and Cafe PECHKA.
