Nagendra Bandaru is an accomplished corporate leader from India with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. He completed his bachelor's degree in computer science engineering from IIT Kharagpur and went on to earn an MBA from ISB Hyderabad. Nagendra started his career with Infosys and worked in multiple roles for over a decade, including project manager, delivery head, and account director. Later, he served as the Vice President of Engineering for iGATE, where he led a large and diverse team of software engineers across multiple locations.

Currently, Nagendra is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HappyFox, a customer support software company headquartered in Irvine, California. In this role, he is responsible for driving the company's worldwide operations, customer support, and service delivery functions. Nagendra is highly skilled at creating and executing business strategies, managing large teams, improving organizational efficiencies, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. He is also passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
