Her most recent role was as a Sustainability Analyst with Fossil Group, where she was instrumental in supporting the company's global philanthropy initiatives through data analytics and financial accounting.

Prior to her role at Fossil Group, Jessi honed her skills in non-profit development and fundraising as the Development Writer for the Dallas Museum of Art and the Development Associate for SITE Santa Fe.
