With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Plymouth State University and a Project Management Certificate from Portland State University, Steve has an impressive background in leadership, business process management, professional services, forecasting, resource optimization, agile, project management, natural language speech recognition, and text-to-speech. He is proficient in various programs such as MS Visio, Word, Zoom, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, Windows, and UNIX. Steve has provided solutions for telecommunications and IVR platforms, including Genesys CIM, Avaya Communication Manager, Genesys Voice Platform, Voice Genie, and Avaya Interactive Response, among others.
Steve's past experience ranges from Senior Director and Global Practice Leader to Commercial Professional Services and Project Manager at Genesys, to Solutions Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Interactive Northwest Inc, and many more.
