When I worked for Cyber Advisors, I was responsible for going to client sites and learn the nuances of the client to learn what services and equipment would work best in their environment. In traveling throughout the Twin Cities area I would perform tasks ranging from point of sale installation to server administration and maintenance. I was the lead for approximately thirty regular clients and had many clients that I would work with upon occasion.I would also work with the account manager to update them about work completed for billing and to help them determine any new needs.I was also responsible to provide support to other network engineers and being available for pre-sales meetings.One of the main areas that I focused on with CA was network security, data retrieval, and computer forensics. I would perform these services for previous clients and new clients that were looking for such services through our normal service channels.

Over the course of many years in working with Heartland Investigative Group, I have handled their technology needs in addition to their computer forensic work needs. This often came in the form of recovery of emails, researching Internet or Intellectual Property related information. This later turned into full investigations of cell phones and computers utilizing very specialized equipment and software. These results often were utilized in legal litigation and courtroom proceedings. Periodically I would be called upon to provide my services as a neutral party agreed upon by counsel. I have also provided information as a subject matter expert in court proceedings when called upon.

I worked on a team performing corporate standardization and implementation services to all RRD sites. My primary responsibilities were to assist in troubleshooting problematic locations with standard teams, large locations, or to take care of smaller locations independently. I was responsible for the MMD and Logistics divisions and assisted with the Printing and Financial Division upgrades. Then helped with the implementation of their rollout of application services after the infrastructure updates were finished.
