Ray Chin

Ray Chin is the founder and owner of CAI Global Group Ltd., a leading management consulting firm based in Toronto, Canada. With over 25 years of experience in international business and trade, Ray has established himself as an expert in global market entry strategy and international trade development.

Ray completed his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Western Ontario and later earned an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. After completing his education, Ray began his career in the international trade industry, holding several senior positions in various companies, including Loblaws, the largest food retailer in Canada.

In 2003, Ray founded CAI Global Group Ltd. with the aim of helping companies expand their businesses into new markets, particularly in Asia. Since then, he has worked with numerous clients across various industries, including consumer goods, automotive, and technology. Ray has also served as a consultant to the Canadian government on various trade missions to Asia.

Ray is an active member of the business community and has served on the board of directors for several organizations, including the Canada China Business Council, the Hong Kong Canada Business Association, and the Canada Korea Business Association. He has also been featured as a guest speaker at various conferences and events on international trade and business development.
