Cameron Snaith

Cam Snaith is an accomplished business leader and the co-CEO of True Advance, a prominent organization offering cutting-edge leadership solutions for high-performing teams. True Advance operates under the umbrella of True, an innovative platform renowned for its focus on talent development.

With a rich entrepreneurial background, Cam co-founded Bleeker, a successful venture that he nurtured for over a decade until its acquisition by True in 2023. During Bleeker's early stages, Cam also contributed as a Research Affiliate at the prestigious MIT Media Lab's Social Computing group. Before venturing into Bleeker, Cam held key marketing positions at PepsiCo and the National Basketball Association, and spearheaded an arts-based non-profit initiative.

A native of Bermuda, Cam holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from Princeton University and a Master of Science (MS) in Strategic Communications from Columbia University. He also pursued studies at Trinity College School. Currently residing in Montclair, NJ, Cam shares his life with his wife and two children.
