T. Lee is a highly experienced attorney with a particular focus on appellate practice, post-conviction petitions, and federal habeas corpus. Lee completed legal studies at Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and also earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University.

Lee has extensive experience working in public defense, having served as the Assistant Federal Public Defender in the Capital Habeas Unit for the Federal Public Defender's office in the District of Nevada as well as the Non-Capital Habeas Unit. In addition to this, Lee has also worked as Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Office of the Federal Public Defender in the Western District of Oklahoma.

Beyond public defense work, Lee has taught Appellate Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University. Previous to that, Lee worked as an Assistant State Public Defender for the Office of the Ohio Public Defender.

Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their practice, specializing in federal habeas corpus for both capital and non-capital circumstances.
