Joe Schachle is a pharmaceutical executive with over two decades of experience in leading teams and successfully commercializing prescription medicines in global medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies. Schachle's expertise spans across a wide range of therapeutic areas, supporting the development and launch of numerous billion-dollar pharmaceutical brands. He has a deep understanding of general management, research and development, business development, team development and leadership, new product development, and commercialization efforts.

Schachle has a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University - College of Business and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Old Dominion University. He has held several executive positions in various top pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including Inspire/Merck, Grifols, Parion Sciences, and MedImmune. He has served as Vice President of Customer Experience Enablement at Grifols, leading global commercial services and life sciences consulting at different times in his career.
