Thy Chau is a dental hygienist with a diverse background in psychology, literature, and music. She received an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto Scarborough before pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Dental Hygiene from George Brown College.
Throughout her career, Chau has gained practical experience in dental hygiene by serving at various clinics across Toronto, including Weston Humber Dental, Don Mills Dental, and Bayview Dental Centre. She has also worked at Mount Sinai Hospital, West End Oral Health Clinic, and Toronto Public Health as a Dental Hygiene Student Clinician, honing her skills under expert supervision.
In addition to her dental hygiene work, Chau has been active in several other industries. She has worked as a customer service associate and administrator at a clothing care company, as a reception and accounts payable administrator at a financial corporation, and as a graphic artist and marketing intern for clothing retail companies.
As a musician, Chau studied piano at the Debut Piano Studio and earned a Grade 9 certification from the Classical Royal Conservatory of Music. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese and enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
